7.1. Returns or exchanges must be made within 24 hours of receiving the items. Items must be in original, unused condition. We do offer refunds or allow exchanges. Items marked as sales are final. Shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser except if the mistake is from our end. Please contact the store with any questions.

7.2. If any damages are seen to the product packaging, hardware, etc., we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

7.3. If you so choose, you can return the product directly at our main store in Sheikh Ammar Road.
